Given your reality as it is now, how do you want to move forward — and how do you want to show up? This is the question I help you answer.

As an existential coach, I work with people facing important life and leadership questions. They may be stepping into greater responsibility, navigating a major transition, or feeling that something in their life is no longer working.

My work is shaped by more than 25 years of leadership experience in complex international organizations, complemented by in-depth training in humanistic psychology (Gestalt) and an ongoing practice of mindfulness and compassion.

Together, these perspectives enable people to engage with the realities they face, recognize what matters most, and move forward when no clear answer exists.

Living in a multicultural family in Basel with my wife and children—has deepened my understanding of cross-cultural dynamics, especially for dual-career couples and leaders navigating international contexts.

I originally studied physics and have had a long-standing interest in how we live in a complex world. Outside of work, I find balance in philosophy, contemplative practice, and time in nature.
