Hello. I’m Holger Kollmer.

I guide internationals, professionals and people facing transitions and crossroads to embrace life as it is. I help you perceive all of the possibilities available to you, so you can move forward with clarity, freedom, and courage.

You’re facing important life and leadership questions. You may be stepping into greater responsibility, navigating a major transition, or sensing that something in your life or work no longer fits. You understand that your old playbook and the strengths you’ve relied on in the past won’t take you where you want to go now.

Three Recurring Themes in My Coaching

Instead of getting caught in analysis, hesitation, or familiar patterns of reacting, I help you recognize what matters, step into what’s required, and act in ways you can stand behind. Here’s what that looks like.

I have a corporate background leading large-scale transformations—offshoring teams, divesting business units, and driving digital overhauls.

I’ve also been in the room when it all came apart: when the human cost of change hit hardest. Those moments taught me that real growth isn’t about restructuring systems. It’s about how we respond to what life places in front of us.

Through my own transition, I’ve realized how beautiful life can be, how many possibilities are in front of us, and the differences our choices make—in every breath, every step, and every moment. Now, I guide professionals and people going through their own high-stakes transitions, with a focus on engaging with what is, responding authentically, and taking the next step that is theirs to take.
